Sportster – Perhaps the longest running family in motorcycling history, the unadulterated, pure Harley Sportster street machine received a royal treatment for its 50th Anniversary design. First, all 883 models of classic Harley ratchet up full performance with a throttle full of more low end torque. All 8 Harley Davidson Sportster models come equipped with Electronic Fuel Injection standard for seamless delivery of power and easy starts completely irrespective of the weather conditions. Specialized O2 sensors ensure that the EFI system is burning fuel cleanly at optimum levels as the system delivers an even better, pure and crisp Harley sound. Brighter LED lights in the indicators replace incandescent bulbs. A stronger, new high performance carbon fiber final belt drives the transmission. Longer handlebar wiring on the Harley Sportster makes customizing the handlebar length easier. A reduced brake lever and clutch effort make for a more seamless operation. On the Roadster, there’s alsoa new optional security system that disengages and engages without pushing any buttons. Finally, the no nonsense, raw XL 883L is much lower to the ground this year, specifically getting another 5/8” closer to the ground. Torque, Torque and spread the word of torque.
